4. Reward conditions, standards and funding methods

(1) Industrial enterprise gradient cultivation project.

1. Reward conditions

On the basis of meeting the application conditions, the company’s total industrial output value in 2020 will reach 10 billion yuan, 50 billion yuan and 100 billion yuan and above (the data is based on the enterprise data from January to December approved by the relevant departments of the municipal government).

2. Reward standards

The enterprise that exceeds 10 billion yuan for the first time will be rewarded with 3 million yuan, and the enterprise that exceeds 50 billion yuan for the first time will be rewarded with 10 million yuan. Enterprises that exceed 100 billion yuan for the first time will be rewarded with 20 million yuan. Companies that break through multiple levels at once will be rewarded according to the highest level standards.

3. Funding method

Post-funding, the final amount and proportion of funding will be determined based on budget arrangements.

(2) Incentive projects for industrial enterprises to expand production capacity.

1. Reward conditions

On the basis of meeting the application conditions, the company’s total industrial output value in 2021 must reach more than 500 million yuan, and at the same time, the total industrial output The output value growth rate reaches 20% and above (the data is based on the enterprise data from January to December approved by the relevant departments of the municipal government).

2. Reward standards

For enterprises established before 2021, the reward amount is divided into two parts, corresponding to those whose output value growth rate is within 30%. The increase in output value will be rewarded at a rate of 0.8%, with a maximum of 10 million yuan; the increase in output value corresponding to a growth rate of more than 30% will be rewarded at a rate of 1.2%, with a maximum of 15 million yuan. The maximum total reward limit for the two parts of a single legal person enterprise is 25 million yuan; for enterprises newly established in 2021 with an output value of more than 500 million yuan that year, rewards will be based on 1.2% of their annual output value, with a maximum of 15 million yuan.

3. Funding method

Post-funding, the final amount and proportion of funding will be determined based on budget arrangements.

5. Application Materials
