2. Main content
The "Plan" mainly includes five parts:

The "Plan" focuses on the analysis and judgment that the city's future energy development will mainly face the situation of accelerated low-carbonization process, accelerated pace of energy technology innovation, and higher energy security requirements. 5. Cultivate new energy technologies and new business formats. It mainly includes three aspects: enhancing energy science and technology innovation capabilities, strengthening clean energy supporting industries and application industries, and actively cultivating the energy Internet.
