On June 20, 2019, the People's Government of Zibo City, Shandong Province issued the "Announcement on the Implementation of Standardized Corporate Restructuring of Large-Scale Enterprises and Qilu Equity Trading Center Listing and Financing Support Policies in 2018." According to the content of the "Public Announcement", 78 enterprises met the application for subsidy funds for Zibo City's restructured and listed enterprises, and received subsidy funds totaling 18.736 million yuan. In accordance with the "Opinions of the Zibo Municipal People's Government on Supporting the Development of Qilu Equity Trading Center" (Zibo Municipal People's Government [2016] No. 10) and the "Zibo Municipal Government's Measures for the Management of Support Funds for Encouraging Enterprises to List on Listings for Financing and M&A and Reorganization" ( In accordance with the spirit of Zicaiqi [2018] No. 27) document, our bureau organized and declared the implementation of the standardized corporate restructuring of large-scale enterprises in 2018 and the Qilu Equity Trading Center listing financing support policy. After preliminary review by the district and county local financial regulatory bureaus, preliminary opinions have been formed and relevant application materials have been submitted to our bureau for further review.
